The location is perfect, close to the train station and central for walks to other areas.

The rooms smelled really bad. It smelled like a toxic glue factory. When i complained, i got a new room, but it also smelled. The hotel-guy said ALL the rooms smell like this.

The staff were so friendly. Room service had tasty food. The room was very clean and tidy. I felt so pampered and happy during my time here.

The AC hardly worked and the room felt a bit warm in the mornings.

Shinjuku area is close. The hotel is near many happening places. Shopping and great dining options are available within a short walk, about 600 to 800 meters away. I did enjoy visiting nearby places.

the hotel's location is very convenient near the subway and many restaurants! the staff was super friendly and helpful, particularly with taxis and luggage shipping. the room was very spacious and offered a great view! i found the 7-eleven inside quite convenient.

the lounge area access incurred extra charges! i expected more activities for children included in the stay price.

The hotel has several restaurants and two breakfast buffets! the breakfast buffet had variety, and staff efficiently cleaned tables. there were options for both western and japanese cuisine. The quality of the food was high.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient with requests! the staff helped arrange taxis and luggage transfers smoothly. i found them always eager to assist with directions and information. Their english proficiency was excellent.
